The Weight Watchers Diet Plan works on the basis of following a strict colorie controlled counting program. So, not only do you have to still cook but you can only cook certain things and you'll need have to be good at arithmetic as well!

We compared the Weight Watchers Diet to the Nutrisystem Nourish, the Jenny Craig and Medifast plans and were reallly surprised at the results. In each category listed below, the WeightWatchers Diet came out top with the Nutrisystem Nourish coming out top in all categories but one.

A very traditional and time tested diet plan which unfortunately comes third in our review.

WeightWatchers diet number one Weight Watchers Review

Going for over 40 years, and with plans for everyone, the WeightWatchers Diet offers a great range of recipes that are easy to follow. The only problem is that the more you weigh the less daily calorie allowance you have to work with and therefore your choice of food becomes limited.

By adopting the calorie counting approach, the Weight Watchers Diet severly limits itself and its popularity is mainly due to its strong marketing approach and by providing support via local meetings.
